Good opportunitiesshould feel personal.
We are the intro company. We learn what you have done and what you want next, then we introduce you to the person who needs exactly that.
Clera began in a hacker house in Medellín. The three of us were living and working under one roof, talking about the same frustration.
Talented people were sending applications into the void. Good startups were sorting through noise.
Both sides wanted a better fit. The process kept rewarding volume.

So we built around fit.
Before making an introduction, we learn what you want and what you have done. Then we look for the overlap. Fewer messages, better context, and no pressure.
We have watched this play out a few hundred times now, mostly at startups you have not heard of yet. Our name is on the intro, so we only send the ones we would defend.
Not perfect profiles. They notice what you owned, the decisions you made, and what changed because of your work. The more specific we can be, the more useful the introduction.
If your priorities have shifted, tell us. It helps us look in the right places.

We put our names on it
There are a dozen of us now, in a house in San Francisco.
We move fast and fix forward. Simple beats clever. Titles disappear when something needs doing, and the best argument wins regardless of who makes it. If something breaks, we fix it together, immediately.
Every intro is a promise we made in public, and that is the bar the team holds itself to.
