About Adzuna
Adzuna is a global job search engine used by tens of millions of visitors each month. Its mission is to use technology to bring together every job in one place and help people find better, more fulfilling work. Founded in 2011 as Adzuna.co.uk by Andrew Hunter and Doug Monro, who were formerly with eBay, Gumtree, Qype and Zoopla, it operates in 19 countries and is backed by venture firms Passion Capital, LocalGlobe, Index Ventures and Smedvig Capital. It supplies real-time data to the Number 10 Dashboard and the Office for National Statistics labour market indices, and in 2018 it won the contract to run Find a Job, one of the British government's most-used online services. In 2022, Adzuna acquired the enterprise job search engine Getwork, underscoring its commitment to smarter, more transparent job search.
