About this role
We are looking for a Security/Infrastructure Engineer with 4–7 years of experience to own and build out our security posture from the ground up while also contributing to core infrastructure. This person needs to be deeply technical – someone who has built security systems, not just configured off-the-shelf tools – and comfortable moving fluidly between security work and general engineering. You'll be protecting highly sensitive AI training data and workflows across integrations with leading model labs. When security systems are locked down, you'll be part of the horizontal infrastructure team shipping core platform features. This is a high-impact, founding-level role where you'll define how security operates at a fast-scaling company.
What you will be doing
Designing and implementing security infrastructure across cloud and production environments (GCP/AWS) – pretend nothing is set up and build the 30/60/90 day plan
Building programmatic, scalable solutions to replace manual security workflows – including incident detection, response, and resolution systems
Securing sensitive data flows and model interaction layers unique to AI systems
Contributing to core infrastructure and horizontal platform work alongside the engineering team when not focused on security
Integrating security checks directly into development workflows without slowing down shipping speed
