Overview

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead Demand and Revenue Forecasting for our US TTR Franchise. This key leadership role will be responsible for developing and overseeing comprehensive forecasting models and strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the biotech industry, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights to drive brand performance. 

This position will be hybrid and primarily based in Cambridge, MA.

Responsibilities

  • Advanced forecasting experience, including developing different types of models (patient flow-based, unit trend-based (weekly/monthly) leveraging primary and secondary data sources
  • Develop robust forecasting assumptions related to market dynamics, competitive landscape, pricing, payer access, treatment algorithms, and patient flow
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor performance, treatment paradigms, payer trends, and regulatory developments impacting forecast performance
  • Drive forecasting innovation through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and automation tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, market access, advanced analytics, and supply chain to ensure alignment and accuracy of forecasts
  • Proven track record presenting insights to senior executives and cross-functional leadership teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. MBA, MS, PhD, or other advanced degrees preferred.
  • 8-10+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology forecasting experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in specialty, oncology, or other complex therapeutic areas.
  • Experience supporting product launch forecasting
  • Experience using IQVIA, Symphony, MMIT, or similar industry data sources.
  • Familiarity with data visualization and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or R preferred

The pay range below reflects the full-time base salary range we expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Base pay will be determined based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education. This role is eligible for an annual short-term incentive award (e.g., bonus or sales incentive) and an annual long-term incentive award (e.g., equity).
