International Business Development Director

• Be responsible for implementing healthcare information systems such as HIS, EMR, and PACS for international clients, including system installation, configuration, system integration, and data migration.
  
• Develop detailed implementation plans and ensure projects are delivered according to schedule.
  
• Conduct system testing, including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), prior to project acceptance.
  
• Lead or coordinate Go-live activities and provide support to clients during the initial operational phase.
  
• Deliver training to end users and system administrators.
  
• Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials in English.
  
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact and support clients in resolving issues arising during system operation and usage.
  
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to applications, databases, networks, and operating systems.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Information Management, or other related disciplines.
  
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows Server environments.
  
• Proficiency in Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server.
  
• Good knowledge of computer networking, including TCP/IP, DNS, Firewall, and related technologies.
  
• Experience with Docker is preferred.
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare IT or in software implementation, operation, technical support, or related functions.
  
• Fluent English across all four skills, with the ability to communicate and work directly with international clients.
  
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills, customer service orientation, and training capabilities.
  
• Ability to work independently, perform effectively under pressure, and undertake long-term overseas business assignments.
  
• Experience in project implementation in the Middle East or Southeast Asia is preferred.
