Production Manager

• Develop, propose, and execute the production plan to meet organizational goals.
  
• Monitor and analyze budgets, implement cost control measures, and identify opportunities to reduce waste.
  
• Oversee all production activities, including equipment maintenance and workforce management.
  
• Drive and implement operational changes to improve production performance and efficiency.
  
• Ensure efficient operations across all components of the production department.
  
• Manage approximately 150 employees.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or a related field.
  
• Fluent in English.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management.
  
• Experience working in industrial manufacturing companies in the electrical, electronics, mechanical, or related industries.
  
• Experience in electrical panels is preferred.
  
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
  
• Ability to build trust and maintain strong working relationships across departments and with external partners.
  
• Customer-focused, results-driven, and able to meet tight deadlines.
  
• Male candidates are preferred.
  
• Preferably born in 1985 or later.
  
• Working hours: 8:00 AM–5:20 PM, Monday to Friday.
