Our client, who is a fast-growing manufacturing company in Vietnam, is looking for a qualified talent to join their firm.
- Develop, propose, and execute the production plan to meet organizational goals.
- Monitor and analyze budgets, implement cost control measures, and identify opportunities to reduce waste.
- Oversee all production activities, including equipment maintenance and workforce management.
- Drive and implement operational changes to improve production performance and efficiency.
- Ensure efficient operations across all components of the production department.
- Manage approximately 150 employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or a related field.
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management.
- Experience working in industrial manufacturing companies in the electrical, electronics, mechanical, or related industries.
- Experience in electrical panels is preferred.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to build trust and maintain strong working relationships across departments and with external partners.
- Customer-focused, results-driven, and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Male candidates are preferred.
- Preferably born in 1985 or later.
- Working hours: 8:00 AM–5:20 PM, Monday to Friday.
