Our client is a leading technology company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
- Conduct user and business research to understand customer workflows, behaviours, and operational practices.
- Analyze and consolidate collected business information and translate findings into clear, structured business documentation.
- Provide business training and knowledge sharing to project members to ensure a consistent understanding of customer requirements and operational processes.
- Ensure business requirement quality by reviewing test cases, supporting testing activities, and participating in UAT before product delivery.
- Deliver product and business process training to Sales and Consulting teams and provide ongoing support on product-related business matters.
- Research and benchmark competing software solutions and recommend enhancements to improve the company’s products and platform capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, or another relevant discipline.
- At least 2 years of Business Analyst experience for Junior/Middle-level candidates and at least 4 years for Senior-level candidates. Experience with enterprise software, ERP systems, or platform-based products is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of enterprise management and common business functions, including user management, employee management, organizational structures, accounts, and access permissions.
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to analyze and standardize business processes and clearly define boundaries between the core platform and individual applications.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple product teams, align proposed solutions, and guide applications in integrating with shared platform mechanisms.
- Strong capabilities in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, process modelling, training, and presentation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly understand issues and work proactively, carefully, and responsibly.
- Strong self-learning capability and willingness to continuously develop professional knowledge.
