QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from an accredited university
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience in maintenance engineering within industrial or manufacturing environments
- Proven experience with PLC and industrial automation systems; familiarity with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or equivalent platforms is preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of power electronics, motor drives, and industrial communication protocols (e.g. Profibus, Profinet, Modbus)
- Working knowledge of TPM principles and ISO 9001 quality management systems
- Good command of both written and spoken Turkish & English
- Strong analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem solving and root cause analysis (RCA)
- Ability to operate effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams
- Well-developed communication and stakeholder management skills
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for electrical, electronic, and automation equipment
- Diagnose and resolve faults in PLCs, HMIs, variable frequency drives (VFDs), sensors, and industrial control systems
- Ensure maintenance and reliability of electrical panels, power distribution systems, motors, and instrumentation equipment
- Monitor and analyse equipment performance indicators, including MTBF, MTTR, and OEE, and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Enhance maintenance practices in line with TPM, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Implement predictive maintenance techniques such as thermal imaging, energy analysis, and related condition-monitoring tools
- Manage spare parts and maintenance inventory to ensure optimal availability and cost efficiency
- Ensure full compliance with electrical safety standards, occupational health and safety (OHS) requirements, and applicable regulations
- Prepare, maintain, and update maintenance documentation, technical drawings, and performance reports
- Provide technical support during new investments, equipment upgrades, and commissioning activities
- Coordinate effectively with external service providers and supplier partners
