About the Opportunity

AnthroMed Education is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students for the 2026–2027 school year. This part-time opportunity offers a flexible two-day-per-week schedule while providing district-wide behavioral support for students across K–12. You'll collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive student outcomes through evidence-based behavior strategies and consultation.

What You'll Do

  • Provide district-wide behavioral consultation and support across K–12 schools

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families

  • Support implementation of positive behavior supports and data-driven interventions

  • Monitor student progress and adjust intervention plans as needed

  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings

Caseload Details

  • District-wide K–12 caseload

  • Two days per week

  • Collaborative role providing consultation and behavioral expertise across multiple schools

Qualifications

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

  • Illinois credentials required for school-based practice, as applicable

  • Experience conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, and collaborating with school teams preferred

  • Strong communication, consultation, and organizational skills
