Your Team
The Enterprise Customer & Operations team (EC&O) enables ASX to run better. This is through improving customer experiences and interactions, delivering simplified processes and services, integrated delivery planning and capability, and driving consistency of standards.
Your responsibilities
- Translate business questions into clear analytical requirements, partnering with stakeholders to define purpose, metrics, and success criteria
- Build enterprise-grade automation solutions using Power Automate, including approval workflows, integrations, scheduled processes, and business process automation.
- Develop custom connectors and integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365 and third-party applications.
- Create intuitive user experiences and business applications that improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain high‑quality Power Bi Reporting solutions, datasets, models, and dashboards that support decision‑making and performance tracking
- Ensure solutions align with governance, security, compliance, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
- Support and deliver insights to facilitate continuous improvement practises across Enterprise Enablement and better align with the ASX strategies
Your experience and qualifications
Must have
- Power BI - Strong hands-on experience with data modelling, DAX, Power Query, report and dashboard development, KPI reporting, and Row Level Security (RLS).
- Microsoft Power Platform - Deep proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Power Apps - Strong hands-on experience developing Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, including responsive design, business rules, forms, views, and security roles.
- Power Automate - Strong hands-on experience designing and implementing complex workflows, approvals, integrations, error handling, and monitoring.
- Dataverse - Strong understanding of data modelling, relationships, security, auditing, and data lifecycle management.
- Integration & APIs - Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs, OData, Azure Functions, custom connectors, and interface design.
Nice to have
- Proven 3+ years of Power Platform experience
- Certifications - Industry-recognised certifications such as PL-400 (Power Platform Developer) or PL-600 (Solution Architect) are highly regarded.
- Experience with solution and data architecture
- High level of proficiency with Python and SQL, with knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Demonstrable experience working with cloud platforms and associated native tools: e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP
- Experience delivering solutions within project delivery, procurement, or business transformation environments.
- Knowledge of the Australian financial market environment.
