We're now seeking a highly skilled Mid-Level Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team and help us develop training materials for OSINT skills.
We're looking for a talented Mid-Level Instructional Designer to play a key role in producing curriculum design, organizing educational content, and providing e-learning module creation. As an Instruction Designer, you will be responsible for developing training materials, managing curriculum creation, and designing e-learning modules for OSINT skills.
Responsibilities:
- Produce curriculum design, organize educational content, and provide e-learning module creation
- Develops training materials, manages curriculum creation, and designs e-learning modules for OSINT skills
- Supports leading instructional development, establishes new tradecraft TTPs, and supervises training design
- Bachelor’s degree in a related business area
- 8+ years of related experience with executive staff support experience within the last 2 years, or 10+ years of experience
- Intelligence Community experience preferred.
- Instructional design supporting Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) or intelligence discipline desired.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $79365 - $134921
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
