Overview
We are seeking a polished, organised and highly capable Junior Private PA / Office Assistant to join an established UHNW private office and household team in Central London.
This is a varied and hands-on position combining office administration, reception duties, errands, household organisation and support to the Principal’s Private PA team.
The successful candidate will be based within the private office and will assist with the smooth running of day-to-day arrangements across both the office and nearby private residences.
Importantly, we are looking for someone who already understands the structure and expectations of a professional office environment. Candidates should ideally have at least 1–2 years of experience within PA support, office administration, office management, reception or a similar role.
Candidates from superyacht or luxury hospitality backgrounds are very welcome; however, those coming from yachting should ideally already have gained subsequent land-based office or PA experience and be comfortable with the routine, structure and administrative requirements of a professional office.
This is not a management position. It would suit someone with strong administrative skills who is practical, discreet, service-minded and happy to assist across a broad range of organisational and hands-on responsibilities.
There is good scope to develop within the wider PA and private office structure for the right person.
