Vice President, Client Operations Manager

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, TA Regulatory Manager to join our TRANSFER AGENCY OPERATIONS team. This role is located in Manchester, UK.

 

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Subject matter expert within EMEA Transfer Agency for matters relating to FCA Regulations applicable to UK TA clients, including CASS, COB, COLL and GDPR.  
• Experience of CASS audits and working with clients or internally with auditors through the annual CASS audit process
• This role may require the incumbent to describe the controls around the regulations applicable to clients/auditors as well as provide support to the EMEA Transfer Agency teams on best practices
• Support the remediation of regulatory breaches or issues within Transfer Agency business

 

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.  Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Regulatory, Audit, CASS , Consultancy or Financial Services background and/or experience of applicable regulations and rules of relevant regulators preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and collaboration across teams
