As an Engagements and Transition Coordinator, you will facilitate engagements between our Department of War customer and the defense industry. Your role is pivotal in orchestrating outreach, planning, and analyzing the impact of industry solutions, ensuring successful transitions into operational capabilities that support theater needs. You will lead the coordination of industry outreach, collaborating with staff and components to address strategic requirements and transition innovative approaches into practice.

You will support the planning and execution of summits, webinars, and conferences, acting as a key facilitator for events that drive strategic messaging and operational insights. Your expertise in data-driven analysis will inform investment strategies and advocacy, directly supporting strategic documents and objectives.

As an advocate for requirements and Chief Technology Office (CTO) results, you will communicate effectively with stakeholders across the Department of War, industry, investment capital, academia, and allied countries, ensuring seamless transition and alignment of operational solutions.

You Have:

  • 6+ years of experience in defense industry engagement, government, or military environments
  • 2+ years of experience coordinating outreach or transition activities at a Combatant Command, major Command, or interagency level
  • Experience planning and executing summits, webinars, and conferences
  • Experience with data analysis, visualization, and reporting using tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Excel
  • Ability to provide actionable, data-driven recommendations for investment and advocacy
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in International Relations or Business

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience in the USEUCOM Area of Responsibility
  • Experience with industry outreach, investment capital, and academia partnerships
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI, SharePoint, SQL, and other data systems
  • Experience supporting strategic documents or working on a Combatant Command staff
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Master’s degree in International Relations, Business, Public Policy, or a related field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
