About this role
We are seeking a motivated Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our team. This role is perfect for candidates with foundational experience in DevOps and cloud technologies who are eager to grow their skills in a dynamic environment, while contributing to Atlassian-based workflows and AI-powered automation projects.
Responsibilities:
Configure, administer, and troubleshoot builds for cloud-based microservices.
Execute branch management and code promotion throughout the development cycle.
Automate build and deployment pipelines using Jenkins/Bamboo and Argo CD.
Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
Manage artifact lifecycle using tools like Artifactory or Nexus.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and deployment.
Document processes and provide support for release activities.
Administer and optimize Atlassian tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Bamboo) for CI/CD workflows and project tracking.
Contribute to AI initiatives such as intelligent pipeline monitoring, anomaly detection, and automated remediation strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
1-3 years of experience in build/release engineering or DevOps.
Knowledge with Linux/Unix, PHP, and/or shell scripts.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
Experience with Java, Python, Go, NodeJS/JavaScript or any other programming languages.
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts and DevOps practices.
Basic knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies.
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to Helm, REST APIs, and YAML.
Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Interest or experience in AI/ML applied to DevOps automation.
Location:
India – (Flexible hybrid work model - work from Bangalore office for 20 days in a quarter)
