About this role

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in project scheduling, coordination, and documentation across SAP and IT portfolios.
  • Provide technical support and admin functions for Program & Project Management tools such as Planisware, Azure DevOps, ALM, and SAP Solution Manager.
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute portfolio dashboards and reporting tools, primarily using Planisware, Power BI, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze project data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist project managers with resource management, timesheet tracking, and budget monitoring.
  • Track risks and change requests, promoting adherence to risk and change management practices and governance policies.
  • Support the enforcement of PMO standards and best practices (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Prepare and present regular reports, meeting minutes, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Support process audits, template updates, and continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.
  • Administer and configure SharePoint for project documentation and collaboration (development skills are a plus).
  • Automate workflows and develop reports with Power BI, Power Apps, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and effective communication across geographically distributed teams.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Exposure to or formal training in established project management methodologies (e.g., Prince, PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall).
  • Experience or education with project and portfolio management tools.
  • Experience or strong interest in business intelligence/reporting tools (Power BI, Power Platform).
  • Basics of SQL for reporting and data analysis (optional).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Self-driven, proactive, and systems thinking mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a global, distributed team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
