Responsibilities
Perform precise haircuts, shaves, and facial grooming services tailored to client preferences.
Consult with customers to understand their desired style and offer professional recommendations.
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly disinfected after each use.
Manage inventory of grooming products and supplies, reporting low stock levels to management.
Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently.
Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations relevant to the industry.

Requirements
Requirements
Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in barbering or a related field.
Proven proficiency in various cutting techniques, shaving methods, and styling.
Strong understanding of current men's grooming trends and styles.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Professional appearance and a commitment to maintaining high personal grooming standards.
Relevant certification or license to practice barbering as required by local regulations.
