About this role
We are looking for a Founding Marketing Lead with 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience to be the first marketing hire at Clarion and own the strategy and execution of how we show up to the healthcare world. You'll work directly with the founders to build Clarion's outward-facing brand, drive inbound pipeline, and figure out the best channels to reach large specialty practice groups—all while wearing many hats at a fast-moving seed-stage company.
What will you be doing?
Own and build Clarion's brand narrative and public-facing identity from scratch, working closely with the co-founders
Develop and execute the strategy for driving inbound leads—determining the right channels (ABM, product marketing, paid, etc.) to reach large specialty clinic groups
Run account-based marketing campaigns targeting PE-backed and multi-site specialty practices in lockstep with the existing BD team
Manage content creation and vendor relationships (e.g., design studios) to produce marketing assets, social posts, and collateral
Handle event and conference logistics for an already-active conference schedule while identifying new opportunities
Key Requirements
B2B marketing experience (3-5 years) with a strong strategic mindset—not just execution, but knowing where to focus first
Healthcare experience OR startup experience—must demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work across all marketing functions (ABM, content, events, brand)
Individual contributor who thrives without a playbook—comfortable figuring things out independently at a seed-stage company
Brand-first thinking with the ability to shape Clarion's public narrative and translate product value into compelling messaging
Must work from the NYC office 5 days a week
