About this role
About the Role
You'll be the central coordinator between customers, sales, and engineering at Conduit, an AI agent platform built for hospitality. You'll take customer requirements, build repeatable AI agents that run their workflows, and feed feature requests and product discovery back to engineering. This role is roughly 70% accounts and 30% product—accounts are your primary focus.
What You'll Do
- Run customer calls for onboarding, refinement, quarterly business reviews, and optimization conversations that drive retention and upsell.
- Build and deploy AI agents to solve customer workflows, using AI coding assistants to scope and prototype solutions.
- Identify patterns across customer requests and distill them into prioritized feature work for engineering.
- Work with engineering to unblock agents that hit walls or scope new capabilities.
- Automate everything that isn't high-value customer interaction, continuously improving your own efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a similar coordination or product role; no specific industry background required.
- Systems-oriented mindset with a track record of building automations or workflows.
- Strong desire for direct customer engagement and face time.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a drive to find improvements rather than accept "it just works that way."
- Experience working with non-technical businesses is a bonus.
- Authorization to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.
Compensation & Benefits
- $120–210K base salary
- 0.15%–0.60% equity
- Comprehensive health insurance and 401k match
