About this role

About the Role

You'll own revenue at Conduit AI, an AI agent platform built for hospitality. The sales motion already works—your job is to scale it ten times bigger. You'll work in person in San Francisco, embedded in every decision about how the company sells, reporting directly to the CEO.

What You'll Do

  • Own quarterly and annual revenue targets, manage the forecast, and defend it with the board.
  • Codify best practices into onboarding, playbooks, call frameworks, and demo standards to cut ramp time in half.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a growing team of AEs and SDRs; set quotas, territories, and compensation plans.
  • Run pipeline reviews, deal inspections, weekly forecasts, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Identify and close conversion leaks by analyzing win rates and stage progression across the pipeline.
  • Close enterprise deals and escalations alongside your team; stay active in the field.
  • Partner with marketing and product to align messaging, pipeline needs, and product feedback.
  • Evaluate channel partnerships and determine when to build dedicated enterprise segments.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years in B2B SaaS sales with 3+ years leading a quota-carrying team.
  • Proven track record scaling a sales org from ~5 reps to 20+, or from low single-digit to eight-figure ARR.
  • Ability to scale what works without breaking it; experience walking into real traction and making it bigger.
  • Strong closing skills; you can own the hardest deal in the pipeline yourself.
  • Rigorous forecasting discipline with accurate predictions and deal-level inspection.
  • Experience selling emerging categories where buyers are still learning what's possible.
  • Vertical SaaS background, ideally in hospitality tech or proptech.
  • Track record of hiring reps who ramp fast and stay.
