About this role

We are looking for a talented Service Administrator to join our team specializing in Service for our Service Operations Department in Dublin, Ireland.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for customers, delivering a professional and positive experience that strengthens customer relationships and enhances satisfaction.
  • Building strong relationships with key customers by understanding their needs and providing timely, effective support.
  • Assessing customer requirements accurately and gathering essential information to ensure service requests are handled efficiently.
  • Creating and maintaining basic work orders within company systems, supporting smooth service delivery and operational accuracy.
  • Providing customers with status updates on their service requests, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations effectively.
  • Identifying opportunities to promote products and services, contributing to business growth and increased branch revenue.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and service standards are consistently met.
  • Supporting branch performance by maintaining high levels of customer service, operational efficiency, and customer retention.

Responsibilities

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Demonstrate strong leadership and coordination skills to effectively manage Service Technicians, ensuring customer expectations and branch objectives are consistently achieved.
  • Monitor and improve team performance through regular KPI reviews, coaching, and development plans that address operational and performance gaps.
  • Maintain a strong focus on process compliance by enforcing service procedures, conducting audits, and ensuring accurate warranty and service administration.
  • Champion Health, Safety, and Environmental (HS&E) standards by ensuring compliance with company policies, risk assessments, PPE requirements, and safe working practices.
  • Build strong customer relationships by providing technical support, acting as a trusted point of contact, and adapting to the needs of a diverse customer base while promoting a positive and inclusive team environment.
     

Qualifications

Education/ Experience

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
  • Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
