Dental Dreams is actively interviewing Full-Time dentists for our Belair practice in the Baltimore market.

This is an excellent opportunity for a doctor looking for an established patient base, immediate patient flow, strong earning potential, and complete clinical autonomy. Whether you're an experienced provider, recent graduate, or a 2027 DDS/DMD candidate planning ahead, we want to connect.

Our dentists aren't limited to one narrow scope of dentistry. You'll have the opportunity to perform a broad range of general dentistry based on your clinical skills and comfort level while maintaining autonomy over treatment planning.

COMPENSATION

• Permanent daily minimum guarantee

• Up to $50,000 Sign-On Bonus

• Average full-time compensation: $300,000–$350,000+

• No production cap

• Full patient schedule from day one

• Strong long-term earning potential

CLINICAL PRACTICE

• Complete autonomy over treatment planning

• Established patient base and strong patient flow

• Opportunity to perform comprehensive general dentistry

• Fully digital and paperless office

• Modern equipment and dedicated clinical support

• Discretion over preferred dental supplies and instruments
