Summary:

We are seeking motivated Performance Marketing Interns (Google & Meta Ads) to join our dynamic team at Adsiduous Media. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in performance marketing, focusing on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. Over a 3–6 month period, interns will play a key role in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, contributing to real-world marketing strategies. The role is ideal for students passionate about digital advertising, data-driven decision-making, and creative campaign development. This internship provides valuable exposure to campaign management, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration, helping build a strong foundation for a career in digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end management of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
  • Support campaign optimization through performance analysis and A/B testing
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
  • Monitor campaign KPIs and prepare detailed performance reports and actionable insights

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
  • Demonstrated interest in performance marketing, digital advertising, and lead generation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and familiarity with online marketing trends
  • Preferred: Certification or foundational knowledge in performance marketing, social media advertising, or digital analytics
Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month | Location: Hyderabad | Duration: 3–6 Months
