About this role

 

Strategic Planning and Alignment

  • Collaborate with leadership to define and execute transformation objectives and ensure alignment with the organization's strategic goals.

  • Develop, implement, and manage frameworks to track the progress of transformation initiatives.

  • Support the preparation of business cases, roadmaps, and project charters for key transformation projects.

  • Support TO meetings, including action tracking, driving discussion and coordinating logistics, ensuring the right participants attend.

 

Program Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.

  • Establish and manage governance structures, including steering committees, working groups, and stakeholder engagements.

  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of transformation efforts.

  • Breakdown roadblocks, align on decisions, and coordinate the solution between the TO head and team leads.

 

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

  • Act as the central point of contact for transformation initiatives across departments.

  • Foster a culture of change by promoting awareness, understanding, and adoption of transformation objectives.

  • Create and deliver regular updates, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.

  • Performance manage team leaders and initiative owners to meet deadlines.

 

Resource Management

  • Ensure efficient allocation and utilization of resources across transformation projects.

  • Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive issue resolution.

  • Partner with HR and training teams to upskill staff and support change management initiatives.

 

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify areas for process optimization and improvement within the Transformation Office.

  • Integrate best practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Benchmark the organization’s transformation efforts against industry standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

 

Education and Experience

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Chartered Accountant, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in project management, business transformation, or change management roles.

  • Experience working in professional service environments, especially management consulting or investment banking, is preferrable

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics field is an added bonus

 

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of transformation and change management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Lean, Six Sigma).

  • Proven track record of managing large-scale transformation projects.

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or a related field is a plus.
