About this role
We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Sales Manager with 4+ years of enterprise sales management experience to lead and scale our Enterprise AE team selling into the multifamily housing industry. You'll be joining a rocket ship — EliseAI just raised $250M and powers 1 in 6 apartments in the U.S. with agentic AI. You will own the success of the Enterprise housing segment, mentoring AEs through complex, high-ACV deals while partnering with C-Suite buyers at regional and national property management companies. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to build something massive.
What will you be doing?
Lead, mentor, and develop an Enterprise sales team using challenger methodology to drive new business and expansions
Partner with AEs across the full sales cycle — prospecting, demos, negotiations, and close — targeting C-Suite, VPs, and Directors at property management companies
Run weekly pipeline reviews, business reviews, and 1:1s while delivering accurate forecasting and performance metrics
Hire, onboard, and performance-manage the Enterprise team as the organization scales
Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to build playbooks and champion solutions for Enterprise pain points
