About this role

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer (Product Expert) with 3–7 years of experience to serve as the go-to technical expert for EliseAI's housing product verticals post-implementation. You'll be the bridge between customers, CSMs, and engineering — owning deep product knowledge and getting pulled in whenever a customer needs real technical firepower.

What will you be doing?

Act as the dedicated technical expert for a specific housing product vertical (e.g., leasing, maintenance, CRM), supporting CSMs and customers post-implementation

Dive into customer data and API integrations to diagnose issues, identify trends, and ensure everything is running correctly

Serve as the escalation point for technical support — triaging issues and communicating effectively with engineering when code-level fixes are needed

Support onboarding and data migration efforts for new platform rollouts, including EliseAI's upcoming Future Platforms product

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and customer success to feed insights back and keep the product improving

Key Requirements

3–7 years of experience in a Solutions Engineer or similar post-sales technical role at a SaaS company

Strong post-sales experience — purely pre-sales SE profiles are not a fit

Technical background (CS, engineering, or equivalent); comfort working at the data and API layer is essential

Customer-facing experience with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Startup experience preferred — must be comfortable in a fast-moving, build-it-yourself environment
