About this role
Help our Backend team at Ender build robust and scalable APIs.
We’re looking for a backend developer who will be a key member of our tight-knit team. You will be responsible for building Services & APIs by writing code that is clean, minimal, and easy to understand.
A typical day involves working with Frontend, Design, and Product teams to solve issues that are massively scalable. Our software is used by property investors, vendors, tenants, and our operations team.

Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of data structures and algorithms
- Experience debugging code, solving problems, and fixing performance bottlenecks
- Ability to write concurrent code that utilizes our multi-core servers
Stack and Tech Culture

- Github peer reviews, Jira, Slack
- In-person and remote whiteboarding when team members are away from Austin
- Avoid premature optimization: simple, fast solutions
