What will you be doing? 

  • Provide trade and administrative support to our global retail, corporate, and institutional clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp. 
  • Deliver exceptional service aligned with the company’s culture and values. 
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of financial instruments, including stocks, options, futures, FX, cryptocurrencies, bonds, and commodities, to effectively support clients’ trading needs. 
  • Provide trading expertise on P&L and margin calculations, order types, charges, trade assistance, and investigations. 
  • Respond to client queries and promote our products and platforms through cross-selling. 
  • Onboard and retain high-value clients by providing valuable information and assisting with high-severity cases and inquiries. 
  • Act as an ambassador for the company’s vision, mission, and products.

Requirements

  • Native-level Spanish proficiency — required.  
  • Professional-level English proficiency — required; Portuguese is an advantage.  
  • Experience with stock markets, ETFs, trading, or cryptocurrencies — an advantage.  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.  
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, retention, sales, or portfolio management.  
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.  
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks independently.  
  • A collaborative team player.  
  • Excellent ability to learn and adapt.  
  • Motivated to succeed and contribute.  
  • Target-oriented and results-driven.  
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.  

 

This position is a full-time position working Mon-Fri in Israel (Hybrid)
