About this role

Your tasks at FFT

  • Responsibility for training employees in the specialist area (mentor function)

  • Cross-project responsibility for budget compliance, deadlines, organization

  • Project management on the basis of an existing specification sheet until acceptance of the systems by the customer with a focus on automation and electrics in system construction

  • Concept definition in the planning phase in coordination with the customer and the project team

  • You are responsible for scheduling and cost planning and tracking

  • Coordination between internal specialist departments, suppliers and the customer as well as the associated reporting and documentation

  • Creating and following up on requests for quotations to suppliers

  • Change management with calculation of supplements, their implementation and corresponding documentation

  • Maintaining and managing project-specific, acceptance-relevant documentation

  • Supporting activities for costing and sales

 

 

Your qualification

  • You are an engineer (m/f/x), technician (m/f/x) or master craftsman (m/f/x) specializing in electrical engineering and have relevant professional experience in the field of plant or special machine construction

  • Communication skills and a high degree of initiative, social skills as well as organizational talent and negotiating skills characterize you

  • An independent, customer- and target-oriented way of working is a matter of course for you

  • Assertiveness, leadership skills and entrepreneurial thinking also form the basis of your success

  • We expect you to be willing to work temporarily in other branches and/or abroad

  • Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project and the English language is a must, ideally you also have SAP R3 experience
