ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
 
This role sits within Distribution Content and reports into the Distribution Content Team Leader. The right person is naturally curious. They ask why a process works the way it does and look for a better way. They are quick to spot gaps, inaccuracies, silos, and inefficiencies before they become bigger problems, and they take real satisfaction in documenting that knowledge clearly so it strengthens our tools and benefits the wider team. They are comfortable with Excel and automation tools, and confident raising issues in real time rather than waiting for them to be discovered later.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Review existing processes and documentation to identify gaps, outdated content, inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain a central repository of process documentation, known issues, and operational knowledge.
  • Identify and support enhancements to existing tools, including Excel macros, to improve accuracy and reduce manual effort.
  • Monitor automation performance and identify failures, delays, retries, or performance concerns.
  • Identify, document, and escalate data and system issues in real time.
  • Maintain an ongoing record of issues, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to the Distribution Content Team Leader on findings, trends, and outcomes.
  • Conduct time-in-motion reviews to understand workload effort and identify workflow bottlenecks.
  • Monitor adherence to productivity targets and identify trends requiring follow-up.
  • Collaborate with Distribution teams, Offshore Operations, Supply TechOps, Partnerships, Brands, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Lead workshops, meetings, mentoring sessions, and training initiatives where required.
  • Influence stakeholders and communicate ideas, concepts, and recommendations clearly.
  • Support the translation of business strategies into operational outcomes across offshore teams.
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 2 years' distribution or systems experience.
  • Experience reviewing operational processes and documentation.
  • Exposure to data, system, or operational issue identification and reporting.
  • Experience working with Excel and related tools, including macros.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Advanced problem-solving capability.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a performance-driven culture.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Ability to mentor and support team development.
  • Strong business acumen and customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage change.
