Your role
You translate concepts into static ads that stop the scroll and convert. You live in Figma, produce many variants fast, and measure yourself on performance, not aesthetics alone. You work closely with the Creative Strategist (who delivers the angles) and the Creative Director (who signs off).
What to expect
You design static ads for Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid channels
You produce many variants fast for A/B tests and iteration
You turn the Creative Strategist's ad angles into strong visuals
You think in stop-scroll, hierarchy, and conversion — not just beautiful design
You work data-driven and optimize based on performance
Who we're looking for
Demonstrable experience designing high-performing static ads (portfolio required)
Figma pro, fast and iterative
You understand paid performance and think in CTR/conversion, not just aesthetics
Startup pace doesn't scare you - the opposite
German at native level + good English
What we offer
Competitive salary: €65,000–€90,000
Equity - you're building this, so you should own a piece of it.

Relocation bonus if you´re moving to Vienna.
