Overview
The Associate/Analyst is an entry level position with minimum graduation qualification, should be willing to get trained in the Insurance field. They can design solutions to those potential problems. Organizing and executing administrative tasks across multiple computer programs.
How you'll make an impact
Responsibilities:
- Conduct the given tasks efficiently.
- Customer engagement.
- Identify and escalate unresolved issues by keeping supervisors in loop.
About you
Qualifications:
- Candidate should be any Graduate or a Post-Graduate (Non-technical).
- Minimum work experience should be 0-3years.
- Excellent command over English (comprehension and written).
- Good academic record (55% or above).
- Basic knowledge of insurance or finance.
- Open to rotational shifts.
- Ability to work in a team and exhibit collaboration.
- Should be able to adapt to organizational changes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word).
- The candidate has to be a quick learner, high on energy and must have a flair for customer processes.
