About the role

As a Client Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing client relationships while driving sales growth. You’ll be responsible for retaining existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored insurance solutions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about providing exceptional client service.

 

A Day in the Life

• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients and underwriters.
• Proactively manage client accounts, ensuring their needs are met with innovative insurance solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and insurers to deliver tailored outcomes.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
• Support claims personnel in negotiating equitable settlements for clients.
• Uphold Gallagher’s reputation by consistently applying ethical and professional standards.

Skills and experience

• Proven experience in client servicing and business development, ideally within insurance or financial services.
• Strong sales acumen with a strategic approach to targeted selling.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Tier 1 qualification is desirable or willingness to complete in first 6 months (Gallagher supported)
• A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
