We are looking for a Senior Development Engineer to join our Fragrance & Beauty team, in S&T Delivery Systems department. In this role, you will lead technical development and industrialization initiatives supporting innovative fragrance and beauty solutions across development, manufacturing and operations.

You will collaborate closely with Creation, R&D, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to optimize processes, support scale-up activities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with safety, quality, sustainability, and operational excellence objectives.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead product and process development, optimization, and industrialization projects
• Support manufacturing scale-up and technology transfer activities
• Drive troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage technical projects and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders
• Contribute to automation, digitalization, and sustainability initiatives
• Provide technical expertise and mentoring within the engineering community

Profile

• Degree in Chemical, Process, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
• 8+ years of relevant engineering experience in fragrance, cosmetics, FMCG, chemical, or related industries
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Experience in manufacturing/process environments
• Collaborative and innovation-oriented mindset
