What you´ll do
- Develop deep understanding of the assigned vertical market ecosystem, value chain, applications, and customer needs
- Conduct TAM (Total Addressable Market), SAM (Serviceable Available Market), and SOM (Serviceable Obtainable Market) assessments for existing and emerging opportunities
- Continuously scout emerging industries, technologies, and applications that may represent future growth opportunities
- Recommend new markets, applications, and growth platforms for considerations by leadership
- Build relationships with key OEMs, integrators, contractors, consultants, specifiers, distributors, and strategic partners
- Conduct voice-of-customer interviews to identify unmet needs and growth opportunities
- Represent Henkel at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events
- Translate market insights into actionable opportunity pipelines
- Develop business cases and growth recommendations to support investment decisions
- Identify scalable applications and solutions that can drive sustainable growth across multiple customers and segments
- Influence innovation priorities, product roadmaps, and technology development initiatives
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, Application Engineering, Product Management, and global teams to execute growth strategies
- Present regular updates to the NAMEX Leadership Team on vertical market progress and growth
What makes you a good fit
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Market Strategy, Business Development, Product Management, Strategic Marketing, Application Engineering, Sales Leadership, or Industry Consulting
- Strong analytical capabilities with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience manipulating large datasets to identify market opportunities, customer targets, and growth trends
- Demonstrated ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights and executive-level recommendations
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing growth strategies
- Experience conducting market assessments, competitive analyses, and opportunity evaluations
- Experience working directly with customers to identify unmet needs and business opportunities
- Ability to build business cases and present recommendations to leadership
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing without direct authority
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience in Data Centers, Industrial Manufacturing, Energy Infrastructure, Electronics, Automation, or related markets
- Experience launching new products, applications, or market initiatives
- Experience with market sizing (TAM/SAM/SOM), Voice of Customer, and growth strategy development

The salary range
for this role is $110,000.00 and $125,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum
and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the
time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible
for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The
Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual
compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills,
experience, education, training, and work location. This posting is intended to
