Our partner, a globally operating manufacturing organization is looking for Inside Sales Specialists to join their team.
Location: Taksony, Hungary
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to inquiries received from international group entities.
- Coordinate the resolution of both business-related and technical questions in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
- Create and issue quotations, ensuring the accuracy of product configurations, pricing, warranty terms, and contractual conditions.
- Receive, review, and process incoming orders from international locations.
- Work closely with teams across Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Export & Customs, Shipping, and other support functions.
- Monitor order fulfillment activities from order entry through delivery and invoicing, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines.
- Oversee export-related administration and secure the necessary documentation for international shipments.
- Participate in the continuous improvement and optimization of operational processes.
- Compile recurring reports on business performance and operational status.
- Handle customer claims, complaint cases, and credit note administration.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or comparable professional background.
- Previous experience in order administration, customer service, or commercial operations is considered an advantage.
- Strong user-level knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to work effectively in an international environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
