About this role

Designs and builds Pega applications for an insurance client, ensuring reusability across lines of business (e.g., claims, policy, underwriting), and owns performance, security, and maintainability of delivered solutions.

Requirements

• Design application architecture for reuse across insurance LOBs

• Apply advanced Pega capabilities: performance tuning, security/access control, decisioning

• Debug and troubleshoot complex application issues (system logs, PAL, tracer)

• Guide and review work of CPSA / CSA-level developers

• Own integration design (REST/SOAP, connectors, data pages) end-to-end

• Ensure Guardrail compliance and enforce best practices across the team
