About this role

·        Working with MRI Software simulators in our office in Kiryat-Ono. (Full time, hybrid)

·        Creating / fixing protocols on MRI simulators (Siemens, Philips and GE).

·        Configure, install, maintain, and troubleshoot MRI simulation environments and software platforms.

·        Support hardware and software integration activities for MRI-compatible medical systems.

·        Work with Windows-based workstations, servers, virtual machines, and networked environments.

·        Support software releases, upgrades, validation activities, and compatibility testing.

·        Experience with scripting or automation (PowerShell, Python, Batch) and AI tools

·        Collaborate with R&D, QA, Service, and Clinical teams to reproduce, analyze, and resolve technical issues.

·        Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, installation guides, and troubleshooting manuals.

·        Execute system verification and validation activities according to company procedures and quality standards.

·        Assist in laboratory setup, MRI system imaging, software deployment, and technical environment management.

·        Promote automation and efficiency improvements by developing tools, scripts, and process enhancements.

·        Work according to Insightec Quality Policy, applicable procedures, standards, cybersecurity requirements, privacy, and safety regulations.



Requirements

·        A technician or academic degree in information technologies or engineering, with relevant studies and knowledge in a computerized environment.

·        Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems and system configuration.

·        Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Proxmox

·        Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

·        Experience working with technical documentation and structured processes.

·        Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

·        High level of English communication skills, both written and verbal.

·        Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and manage multiple tasks.

·        Highly organized with strong attention to detail.


Advantages:

·        Experience in the Medical Device industry.

·        Familiarity with MRI systems or medical imaging environments.

·        Experience with software installation, deployment, and system validation.

·        Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and system hardening.

·        Knowledge of software testing or quality processes.

·        Experience in Medical Device industry
