About this role

We are looking for an Account Executive with 3-6 years of quota-carrying experience to join our growing sales organization and expand our market presence in the Commercial/Mid-Market segment. This role is crucial for aggressively pursuing new business opportunities and consistently achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical aptitude, including familiarity with how Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineering and product-led motions enable successful sales of complex AI solutions.

What will you be doing?

Own the entire sales process, from pipeline generation to closing new business.

Work closely with Sales Engineering and Product teams to leverage GTM Engineering assets to accelerate the sales process.

Articulate and demonstrate the business value and ROI of InstaLILY's AI solutions, particularly how they integrate and execute work within existing systems.

Utilize CRM software (InstaLILY's internal AI Platform and HubSpot) to maintain an accurate forecast, track sales activity, and manage a robust pipeline.

Act as the voice of the market, channeling key prospect feedback to the Growth, Product, and Engineering teams to inform continuous improvement and product direction.
