Flex Laborer
Mowing, Weed-eating, Flex Labor & Dirt Work
We are seeking motivated individuals for full-time entry level positions involving light equipment operation, hand tools, labor, and dirt work. This role offers competitive pay, and benefits package.
Job Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate various types of light equipment.
- Knowledge of dirt work, and clearing functions.
- Knowledge on safely operating weed whackers, hand tools, and other related equipment.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance including fueling and greasing.
- Follow and comply with all safety rules and regulations.
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned by a supervisor.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in an outdoor environment in varying conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in an outdoor environment that requires exposure to dirt, dust, and various types of fair to poor weather
- Mowing experince is a plus
- MSHA certification is a plus but not required- We will train you.
- Willingness and ability to pass a pre-employment background check, and drug/alcohol screening
