About this role
What we're looking for:
We need someone with 5-10+ years of product management experience who has scaled an AI or agentic product from early traction to real revenue at a high-growth startup. You should be comfortable sitting at the strategy table with founders one moment and pair-building agent flows with engineers the next, with a track record of driving adoption, retention, and revenue outcomes. Bonus points if you've been a founder yourself or taken a product horizontal across industries.
What you'll do:
Own Loop's agentic product strategy end-to-end — roadmap, discovery, execution, and vision — starting with agentic BI and expanding across the portfolio
Spend significant time (30-50%) in customer calls, understanding current needs and future requirements, and representing the customer voice internally
Work closely with the CRO, CTO, CEO, and engineering team to align product direction with revenue goals and technical feasibility
Define and defend the product roadmap, prioritizing ruthlessly what to build and what not to build — from market sizing and pricing to writing specs and shipping features
Lead the expansion of Loop's platform from restaurants into new verticals (healthcare, retail, etc.), identifying reusable patterns and new revenue enablement opportunities
Use AI coding agents (Claude Code, Devin, etc.) to prototype, validate, and unblock — writing code yourself when it accelerates the team
Set the bar for what "agentic" means at Loop — how products reason, act, and earn user trust across enterprise customers of all sizes
