Luna Grill, a fast casual/QSR concept, is looking for a passionate, detail-driven Kitchen Manager to lead our BOH team and bring our fresh, made-to-order Mediterranean flavors to life in our newest location.

What You'll Do
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations and BOH staff
- Ensure consistent food quality, portioning, and presentation
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
- Train and develop kitchen team members
- Enforce food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Partner with the GM/AGM to keep FOH and BOH in sync
What We're Looking For
- 1-2+ years of kitchen management experience, high-volume or fast-casual required
- Strong food safety and sanitation knowledge (ServSafe a plus)
- Proven ability to lead and train a kitchen team
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
