The project:

This opportunity is for residential, commercial and data centre projects.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Lead the development and management of planning and building regulation applications, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
• Manage design delivery, ensuring quality, scope, programme and contractual obligations are achieved.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants and construction teams to deliver integrated and effective design solutions.
• Oversee team deliverables, monitor performance and provide reporting to support informed decision-making.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive continuous improvement through innovation and business best practice.
• Support sustainable project outcomes by contributing to net zero carbon objectives and responsible business delivery.

You’ll need to have:

• Degree qualification is essential with 5-20 years experience. 
• Hands-on Project Management Consultancy (PMC) experience.
• Experience in large-scale data center, commercial and residential construction projects.
• Strong site coordination and execution capabilities.
• Knowledge of construction quality and safety practices.
• Ability to coordinate client, contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project schedules and site deliverables.
