The project:
This opportunity is for residential, commercial and data centre projects.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Provide multidisciplinary technical, engineering support and supervision across site wide activities.
- Ensures robust controls, quality and accurate as‑built verification for Civils, Structural and Architectural work.
- Ensures scope of works are quality controlled ensuring quality controls are implemented and communicated.
- Review design information, resolving queries with designers and trade contractors to maintain delivery confidence.
- Manage contractors, ensuring full adherence to project plans, quality plans, construction methodology and specifications.
- Support Site Engineers or Inspectors while driving continuous improvement, quality assurance and safety on site.
You’ll need to have:
- Degree qualification is essential with 5-20 years experience.
- Hands-on Project Management Consultancy (PMC) experience.
- Experience in large-scale data center, commercial and residential construction projects.
- Strong site coordination and execution capabilities.
- Knowledge of construction quality and safety practices.
- Ability to coordinate client, contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of project schedules and site deliverables.
