The project:
This opportunity is for residential, commercial and data centre projects.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Coordinate and manage site delivery activities, ensuring alignment with programme objectives and project requirements.
- Lead short-term planning, production control and daily performance management to optimise project delivery.
- Oversee quality assurance processes, including inspections, trade handovers, QSO and QITP compliance.
- Review and approve construction methodologies while ensuring design coordination and façade requirements are effectively managed.
- Produce project reporting, chair key coordination meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across all parties.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams, driving continuous improvement and supporting net zero carbon delivery objectives.
You’ll need to have:
- Degree qualification is essential with 5-20 years experience.
- Hands-on Project Management Consultancy (PMC) experience.
- Experience in large-scale data center, commercial and residential construction projects.
- Strong site coordination and execution capabilities.
- Knowledge of construction quality and safety practices.
- Ability to coordinate client, contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of project schedules and site deliverables.
