The project:

This opportunity is for residential, commercial and data centre projects.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Lead project delivery, ensuring objectives, programmes, budgets and key performance indicators are achieved.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
• Champion a Safety First culture and ensure robust quality, risk and governance processes are embedded.
• Oversee procurement, contract administration, change management and project controls throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster collaborative stakeholder engagement, providing strategic challenge and innovative solutions to optimise performance.
• Promote digital, sustainable and net zero carbon practices while delivering excellence in line with the Mace Way.

You’ll need to have:

• Degree qualification is essential with 15-25 years experience. 
• Hands-on Project Management Consultancy (PMC) experience.
• Experience in large-scale data center, commercial and residential construction projects.
• Strong site coordination and execution capabilities.
• Knowledge of construction quality and safety practices.
• Ability to coordinate client, contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project schedules and site deliverables.
