About this role

Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing and procurement for warehouse facilities, facility management, engineering services, equipment, and logistics infrastructure across Thailand. Manage RFQ/RFP and tender processes, including supplier evaluation, commercial analysis, negotiation, contract award, and implementation. Partner with Operations, Engineering, Real Estate, Finance, Legal, HSSE, Commercial, and regional/global Procurement teams to translate business and technical needs into effective sourcing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing and procurement for warehouse facilities, facility management, engineering services, equipment, and logistics infrastructure across Thailand

  • Manage RFQ/RFP and tender processes, including supplier evaluation, commercial analysis, negotiation, contract award, and implementation

  • Support new warehouse setup, expansion, relocation, contract renewals, CAPEX/OPEX projects, and operational improvement initiatives

  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, Real Estate, Finance, Legal, HSSE, Commercial, and regional/global Procurement teams to translate business and technical needs into effective sourcing solutions

  • Lead supplier and contract management, including supplier onboarding, performance reviews, KPI/SLA monitoring, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement

  • Drive cost optimization and value creation through market benchmarking, spend analysis, demand consolidation, alternative sourcing, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis

  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, approval requirements, competitive bidding, contractual controls, and governance standards

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Facility Management, Engineering Procurement, or related areas

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end sourcing, tenders, commercial evaluations, supplier negotiations, and contracts

  • Experience in warehouse operations, facility management, engineering works, equipment, or logistics infrastructure procurement is strongly preferred

  • Experience managing multiple CAPEX and OPEX projects and working with cross-functional stakeholders

  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, including cost analysis, negotiation, risk assessment, and Total Cost of Ownership

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multinational and matrix environment

  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using ERP, e-sourcing, contract management, or procurement reporting systems

  • Strong English communication skills and professional Thai communication skills for local stakeholder and supplier engagement
