Key Requirements
5+ years of commercial and product legal experience at a hardware-centric company (semiconductors, optics/photonics, consumer electronics, robotics, or AR/VR)
J.D. or foreign equivalent with active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Demonstrated experience drafting, negotiating, and closing complex technology transactions
