Position Title:MRP & Production Planner

- Execute and continuously improve the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) process.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging through effective purchase order management.
- Monitor inventory levels and proactively manage shortages, excess stock, and slow-moving inventory.
- Develop and maintain realistic production schedules aligned with demand, capacity, and material availability.
- Identify planning bottlenecks and deviations and drive corrective actions to resolve them.
- Manage supplier delivery performance and coordinate solutions when issues arise.
- Maintain planning data, master data, and system accuracy within ERP/SAP.
- Analyze planning performance and inventory trends to support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and Supply Planning teams to ensure aligned execution.
- Bachelor/HBO degree or equivalent working and thinking level, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience in material planning, production planning, supply chain, logistics, or a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Knowledge of planning processes such as MRP and production planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to perform effectively in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

- Annual contract (with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent contract)
- Competitive salary ranging from €3,500 to €4,300 per month, depending on education and experience.
- 25 vacation days plus 15 additional ATV days, with the option to convert ATV days into additional salary,
