Meta is seeking an experienced Strategic Partner Manager to join our Monetization Partnerships team. We're specifically looking for someone with a practical understanding of the Connected TV supply landscape and a proven track record of activating strategic relationships and advertising demand across key buyers and partners in the industry.
In this role, you will grow global partnerships that support Meta’s Connected TV initiatives—shaping product and business strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and growing high-impact partnerships. As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will be responsible for driving CTV supply partnerships, revenue acceleration through GTM launches, working closely with product, engineering, marketing, legal, support and other cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities
- Builds, grows, and owns relationships with partners in their book of business
- Is the voice of the CTV market internally at Meta, guiding internal stakeholders on how to best grow mutual value with partners in line with needs of Meta’s users, subscribers, advertisers, partners and Meta
- Works with other members of the Audience Network and the leadership team to drive the long-term business plan across their book of business
- Leads and supports revenue strategic account planning for the assigned publishers/partners, develops and executes on success plans and creates the necessary conditions for product adoption and growth
- Oversees day-to-day operations with assigned partners with an eye to delivering a high-quality service experience
- Provides thought leadership and may be asked to represent Meta at publisher events, and at developer forums
- Represents and conveys the Meta’'s value proposition to audiences ranging from CXOs to technical stakeholders, driving adoption, engagement, and growth
- Engages regularly with partners via strategic and operational reviews to evaluate their needs and strategic direction
- Acts in a consultative capacity to influence and educate Publisher sales and marketing teams on go-to-market strategies to achieve their business growth goals
- Aggregates partner’ feedback from the field back to Meta’s Product team to influence product roadmap development and risk management, as needed
- Maintains a competent understanding of Meta’s Third Party Ads and Audience Network products and service offerings, adapts quickly to product changes, and communicates approved content to stakeholders and partners
- Reports on revenue trends, market feedback, business forecasting, goals, and consistently aims to meet targets
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience in product management, sales, ad operations, or business development
- Direct experience in and deep understanding of the connected TV ecosystem
- Experience working with Ad tech technology companies (such as DSPs, SSPs, Ad Networks, measurement platforms) and understanding of ad serving technology, exchanges, DSPs, SSAI, private marketplaces
- Experience communicating and presenting to stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including CxOs and technical teams. Experience using data analysis and storytelling to inform business decisions and communicate insights to stakeholders
- Demonstrated track record of successfully influencing executive and operational counterparties at key publishers, SSPs or DSPs
- Experience in working closely with product and engineering teams to define new products
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to orchestrate and complete integrations, including experience working with technical and legal teams to drive growth through innovation
- Experience in developing working relationships inside and outside an immediate team or partner organization
- Experience communicating effectively in verbal and written formats, analyzing data to inform decisions, and prioritizing competing workstreams based on impact and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy review)
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
- A deep understanding of advertising markets, with an interest in learning new technologies, products, and innovations
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
